Scalloped Potatoes 4

Ingredients

  • 1 quart potatoes (peeled and sliced)
  • 1/2 cup celery (diced)
  • 1 small onion, about 1/4 cup (diced)
  • 2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 Tablespoons butter
  • 1/2 cup cracker or bread crumbs
  • 1/2 cup meat
  • 2 cups milk

Directions

Layer in baking dish potatoes, celery and onion.

Add salt, pepper, butter and meat (any kind, cut fine)

Pour on milk and garnish with crumbs

Bake at 350° F. for 1 hour or until done
